    One-to-One Psychological Support for Adults, Teens and Children

    In a confidential, safe and non-judgemental environment, Dr Partakis provides psychological support to adults, teens and children.

     Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and theoretical approaches from Health Psychology, Dr Partakis listens to clients’ needs and tailor sessions to their goals.

     Dr Partakis provides support through secure online appointments.

    • Initial one hour assessment: £150
    • 50 minute sessions for adults £100
    • 50 minute sessions for children, (aged 12-18 years) £100

    Assessment and discharge notes are included at no extra costs. 
    Health insurance payments are welcome.  
    For low income clients (annual income of £25,000 or less), a flat rate fee of £65 for an initial assessment and each session thereafter can be provided.  This is subject to availability.

    PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION

    supervising & supporting professionals working in health promoting roles 

    As an expert professional in health promotion at both individual and organisational levels, Dr Partakis provides support to both Psychologists and other Healthcare Professionals in health promotion roles. For example,  Psychologists starting in private practice or health promotion consultancy, Physiotherapists, Personal Trainers, Occupational Therapists and Life Coaches working to enhance clients' mental wellbeing. 

    Under my guidance, supervisees can discuss cases in confidence and enhance their knowledge, thus ensuring continuity of their best-practice when supporting metal wellbeing and knowing when and where to refer further. 

    Supervision is in conjunction with HCPC guidelines and can be logged as part of your CPD portfolio.  

    Finally, supervision is conducted securely online.
